This is an open format meeting -- you may present any issue and have it addressed with EFT, or work on it privately as we tap on other peoples' concerns. We'll start with some Energy Medicine balancing exercises, then tap together as a group using "Borrowing Benefits" for individual concerns as the whole group taps along.

You'll be able to work on issues for yourself or others throughout the session whether you voice them or not. Get rapid relief from negative emotions in an energized and supportive group setting, clearing the way for your goals and intentions to become a reality.

"Borrowing Benefits" means that the healing energy within the group is transferable to everyone in the room. You can tune in to an issue privately and get relief, i.e. "borrow benefits" from someone else's tapping, even if it is a totally unrelated issue. Interestingly, each group always seems to draw together people with similar concerns. We can tap on just about anything, including more expansive concepts such as strengthening our Intuition and living in states of Love, Peace and Gratitude as much as possible... Join us for an energizing experience!

Beginners welcome! You'll be taught the basic tapping points and be able to join right in.

EFT can help almost every issue - physical, emotional and spiritual.

It is also a wonderful tool for neutralizing and clearing doubts around your intentions!
